Easy Maintenance & Operation Guide

Pre-Operation Checks:

  • Confirm mixing blades are secure and properly lubricated.
  • Connect power correctly. Open the lid and visually inspect the barrel for any foreign objects.
  • Verify the power supply voltage matches the machine’s nameplate requirements.
  • Perform a brief no-load test run. Check for smooth operation and confirm the correct rotation direction of the mixing blades before adding materials.
  • Ensure all rotating parts move freely and clear any obstructions around the main shaft inside the barrel.

Operating Instructions:

  • Position the machine stably. Use anchor bolts for securing if required.
  • When connecting three-phase power, carefully verify the motor’s rotation direction is correct.
  • After starting, let the machine run empty for 2-5 minutes to confirm normal operation before introducing materials.
  • For Mixing/Coloring: Set the desired time on the timer and temperature on the controller (if heating). Start the machine. It can stop automatically based on settings or be manually stopped/restarted.
  • For Drying: Set the target temperature on the controller and the drying time. The machine will operate until the cycle completes.
