From Waste to Raw Material: A Simple Process
Step 1: Feed Material
Waste plastic materials, such as sprues, runners, small bottles, or films, are fed into the soundproofed feeding hopper. The hopper’s design prevents material fly-back.
Step 2: High-Speed Crushing
Inside the sealed crushing chamber, high-speed rotating blades work in conjunction with stationary blades to continuously cut, shear, and shred the plastic into smaller pieces.
Step 3: Screen & Collect
