The Process: How It Works
Recycling EVA foam requires a specific engineering approach due to its expansion properties. Here is our proven 3-step workflow.
Primary Size Reduction (For Bulky Waste)
Processing large EVA blocks, thick sheets, or baled agglomerates starts here. Before the material hits the extruder, it must be reduced to manageable sizes to ensure a consistent flow.

Yes, but it depends on the cross-linking degree. For heavily cross-linked materials, we recommend our specialized Heavy Duty Single Shaft Shredder first to reduce size, followed by testing in our facility to determine the optimal extrusion temperature.
Do I need a separate crusher?
