How It Works in Detail

The PET Bottle Washing Line operates through a series of carefully designed stages. It starts with a de-baling unit that separates compacted PET bottles. These bottles are then moved through sorting, label separation, and pre-washing to remove contaminants. The heart of the system is the floatation tank, where PET material is separated from other plastics. This is followed by a series of hot and cold washing steps, with the final stage involving dewatering and drying, resulting in PET flakes that have less than 1% humidity.
