Then, it’s onto the clever Sink-Float Separation tank – a key step where we expertly separate plastics from heavier impurities based on density.
Next up, a reliable Screw Conveyor ensures a seamless transfer to the drying phase. Here, the material enters the high-performance Centrifugal Dryer. Experience the power of high-speed rotation as it efficiently wrings out excess moisture, drastically reducing water content.
For that perfectly dry finish, the regrinds move through our Hot Air Dryer. Gentle, warm air circulation banishes any lingering dampness. The final stop is the Material Silo, where the impeccably clean and dry regrinds are collected, primed and ready for their next life in manufacturing or packaging.
