Cold washing can remove dirt and debris, but it is ineffective against stubborn contaminants like the glue from labels and residual oils or fats from the bottle’s original contents. Hot water (typically 80-90°C), combined with a chemical agent, is essential to dissolve these substances and produce the high-purity flakes required for premium applications.

A continuous system means there is no downtime between loads. Material is constantly fed in, processed, and discharged, integrating seamlessly into your washing line. This is much more efficient than a “batch” washer, which must be stopped, emptied, and refilled, creating bottlenecks and lowering the overall throughput of your facility.
