Step 1: Loading

Plastic materials (flakes, granules) are fed into the hopper at the base.

The central screw auger lifts the material from the bottom to the top.

Step 3: Drying & Dispersing

Hot air is blown in, while the material cascades down, ensuring full contact and moisture removal.

Once dried and mixed, the material is discharged through the side outlet.
