1Shredding Power

2Wet Granulation Precision
Next, the material enters the wet granulator. Here, high-speed rotating knives precisely cut the film into small, uniform flakes. An integrated screen ensures only flakes of the perfect size proceed, optimising them for densification.
3Sink/Float Separation Purity
Sauberkeit ist entscheidend! Die Flocken werden in einen Schwimm-/Sink-Trenntank überführt. Dieses clevere Verfahren nutzt die Wasserdichte, um wertvolle Kunststofffolien (die schwimmen) von schwereren Verunreinigungen (die sinken) zu trennen und so ein reines Ausgangsmaterial zu gewährleisten.
4Squeezing and Densification Excellence
Schließlich gelangt der saubere, nasse Film in den Pressverdichter. Mithilfe einer leistungsstarken Schneckenpresse und kontrollierter Heizung entfernt diese Einheit effizient Wasser und komprimiert den Film zu dichten, unregelmäßigen Pellets (Dichte ca. 350–410 kg/m³), bereit für sein nächstes Leben.
