From Scrap Nylon Bags to High-Value Pellets: See the Complete Granulation Line in Action
Nylon woven bags are a challenging but valuable waste stream. Our complete granulation system is engineered to transform this tough material into a premium, clean, and uniform pellet, ready for use as a high-quality raw material in new manufacturing.
The video above demonstrates the entire pre-shipment test run, showcasing the line’s stability and the quality of the final product.
An End-to-End Process for Maximum Quality
1. High-Efficiency Shredding
Tough nylon bags are shredded into small, uniform pieces to prepare them for a thorough cleaning.
2. Thorough Washing
The shredded material is washed in a high-speed friction washer to remove dirt, sand, and other impurities.
3. Consistent Melting
The clean, dry nylon is densified and fed into an extruder where it’s melted into a homogenous fluid.
4. Uniform Extruding
The molten nylon is extruded through a die head, forming consistent strands of plastic.
5. Rapid Cooling
The hot strands immediately enter a water bath to cool and solidify, preparing them for the final step.
6. Precision Cutting
A high-speed pelletizer cuts the cooled strands into uniform, high-quality pellets, ready for bagging.
