• Multi-Stage Hot Wash & Rinsing: Utilizes high temperatures and chemical washing to completely remove contaminants like oil, glue, and other residues.
• Centrifugal Dewatering & Hot Air Drying: Efficiently removes moisture from the flakes, ensuring they meet the strict moisture content standards required for downstream production.
