The 5 Stages of Value Creation

A dedicated label remover mechanically strips away over 95% of wrap-around labels and other surface contaminants, which is crucial for achieving the highest purity in the final flakes.
A high-speed wet grinder reduces whole bottles into consistently sized flakes. Performing this step with water not only pre-washes the material but also extends blade life and reduces fines.
This is the heart of the purification process. A multi-stage hot wash with detergents in high-speed friction washers removes the toughest contaminants like glue, oil, and food residue, ensuring maximum purity and value.
A two-stage drying process, combining a centrifugal dewatering machine and a thermal drying system, efficiently reduces moisture content to meet the stringent standards required for high-value applications like bottle-to-bottle production or fiber spinning.
