PET Film Squeezer Dryer (<2% Moisture) | Pre-shipment Test

Achieve <2% Moisture: See Our PET Film Squeezer in Action

This video shows the pre-shipment trial run of our high-efficiency PET film squeezer, a critical component for any advanced washing line. Watch as we feed wet, clean PET film flakes and achieve a final moisture content of less than 2%, creating a densified, extruder-ready material.

How It Works: Mechanical Screw Pressing

The wet film flakes are fed into the squeezer’s chamber. A powerful, slowly rotating screw conveys the material forward, generating immense pressure that mechanically squeezes the water out through a specialized screen. The friction also heats the material, further aiding in moisture removal and densifying the flakes.

Superior Dewatering

The powerful screw mechanism mechanically squeezes out excess liquid, drastically reducing moisture content to levels below 2%—far superior to traditional centrifugal dryers.

Increased Bulk Density

The process compacts the light, fluffy flakes into densified, free-flowing agglomerates. This significantly reduces volume, saving you money on storage and transportation costs.

Quality Assurance

By providing a consistent, low-moisture material, this system ensures a stable extrusion process, preventing air bubbles and producing a predictable, high-quality final pellet.
