Heavy-Duty Rigid Plastic Granulator
Engineered for high-capacity granulation of large, bulky rigid plastics such as drums, pallets, car seats, and crates. Choose from powerful models with capacities from 300 kg/hr up to 1200 kg/hr.

Engineered for Power and Performance
Our heavy-duty granulators are built to tackle the most demanding recycling tasks, turning bulky waste into uniform, high-value regrind with exceptional reliability.
Optimized Cutting Chamber
Features a wide open rotor with multiple D2 steel, claw-like blades in a staggered "V-cut" alignment. This design maximizes cutting force, ensures a consistent shearing action, and prevents material buildup for high-throughput granulation.
Heavy-Duty, Durable Blades
The premium D2 (Cr12MoV) tool steel blades are specially heat-treated to enhance strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. They are designed for long operational cycles and can be easily removed for repeated sharpening.
Designed for Easy Maintenance
The cutting chamber is engineered for hassle-free access, simplifying cleaning and blade changes. This user-friendly design minimizes downtime and ensures your machine stays in peak condition with minimal effort.
Ideal Applications for Bulky Rigid Plastics
This machine is the perfect solution for the primary size reduction of large, hollow, or bulky plastic items before washing and pelletizing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between this granulator and a shredder?
A granulator (like this machine) uses high speed and sharp blades to cut plastic into small, uniform flakes or granules, determined by a screen. It's ideal for hollow or rigid items up to ~2cm thick. A shredder uses low speed and high torque to tear or rip very thick, dense, or bulky materials into rough strips. For materials thicker than 2cm, we recommend exploring our single-shaft shredders first.
How are the blades maintained for optimal performance?
The premium D2 steel blades are designed for a long service life. They can be easily removed from the rotor and stationary mounts for sharpening. We recommend a regular inspection schedule based on usage. For ultimate convenience and cost savings, consider our fully automatic blade sharpening machine to handle this maintenance in-house.
Can I process materials other than rigid plastics?
While this machine is optimized for large rigid plastics, its powerful cutting action can handle a variety of materials. However, for soft or elastic materials like PE film, a different machine configuration might be more efficient. Please contact our technical team to discuss your specific material and we will recommend the best solution.
