Input Material Compatibility

Rigid Scrap

Sprues, runners, thick-wall parts, and rigid containers. Ideal for clean, stable cutting loads.

Thin Films

PP and PE films plus sheet trims. Designed to reduce bridging and wrap during operation.

3D Print Waste

Failed prints and prototyping scrap (PLA/PETG/ABS). Perfect for filament extrusion feedstock.

Mixed Streams

Handles mixed polymers and elastic materials with a defined acceptance trial process.

3-6 mm Regrind Output

Sized for consistent feeding into small extruders and controlled storage between steps. This unit is configured for a 3-6 mm output range that is easier to dry, store, and dose.

Blade Model Selection

Model A (5 mm)

Wider knives with fewer cuts per revolution. Preferred for thicker pieces and general regrind where tolerance is the priority.

Model B (3 mm)

Thinner knives with more cuts per revolution. Preferred for finer and more consistent regrind feeding.

Workflow Process

1. Prepare & Load

Rinse and dry bottles, remove labels/caps, and cut pieces to fit the feed opening.

2. Shred & Clear

Knife set and geared drive produce regrind. Forward/reverse helps recover from bridging.

3. Collect & Store

Collect in a sealed container. Dry if needed and store by polymer type before extrusion.

Frequently Asked Questions

What plastics can I shred for filament or reuse?
Typical inputs include 3D printing scrap (PLA, PETG, ABS), bottle caps (HDPE/PP), and prepared PET bottle pieces. Keep material clean and sorted.
What is the output size?
Target output is 3-6 mm. If your extruder needs a tighter size band, add screening after shredding.
Is 110V available?
Yes. Voltage is customizable (110V/220V options). Confirm your region and plug type when requesting price.
