Wet Crushing Technology
Water is sprayed continuously during the crushing process. This pre-washes the material and significantly reduces blade wear caused by the abrasive sand found in agricultural films.
Turning Dirty Mulch Film into Clean Granules: Recycling post-consumer agricultural film (LDPE/LLDPE) is challenging due to high soil contamination and moisture retention. This trial run demonstrates our integrated system’s ability to crush, wash, and dry heavily soiled films, achieving a high-purity output with low moisture content ready for pelletizing.
Engineered to remove sand, soil, and organic debris while protecting equipment lifespan.
We provide customized washing lines for agricultural mulch, greenhouse film, and PP woven bags.

High-speed friction washers combined with large sink-float tanks effectively separate stubborn dirt and soil from the PE film, ensuring the final flakes meet high cleanliness standards.
Thin films hold water easily. Our squeezing dryer mechanically dewaters the washed film using high pressure, reducing moisture content to below 5%, making it ideal for immediate extrusion.
