Cutter Compactor Technology
The integrated compactor cuts, dries, and densifies fluffy film scraps into a stable feed stream. This friction heat pre-conditions the material, ensuring a fast and consistent output rate.
Double Degassing & Filtration
The main extruder melts the plastic, while the secondary extruder further homogenizes and filters it. With two vacuum zones and two screen changers, it effectively removes volatiles, ink, and impurities.
Bubble-Free Pellets
Thanks to the extended processing path and enhanced venting, the final pellets are solid and glossy. This prevents the "porous pellet" issue often seen when recycling washed films.
