Our system processes PE, PP, PVC, PA (nylon), PET, and other thermoplastics. Materials must be pre-granulated to 3-5mm. The system includes a grinding mill, air classifier for size separation, and cyclone collection. Cryogenic assist or specialized cooling may be needed for soft polymers like LDPE or heat-sensitive resins.
