PET Bottle Recycling Washing Line Trial Run
Pre-treatment : Workers start by pre-treating the collected PET bottles, removing large impurities such as caps, labels, and other non-PET components.
Crushing : Before washing, the PET bottles are crushed into smaller fragments to ensure a more thorough cleaning.
Washing : The crushed PET fragments are then washed to remove contaminants such as food residue, dirt, and glue. This is often done using a combination of hot water, detergents, and mechanical agitation.
Rinsing : After washing, the PET fragments are rinsed with clean water to remove any remaining detergent and impurities.
