In the trial run video, we can clearly see the entire production process:
- Waste plastics are conveyed to the extruder through the feeding system.
- The extruder heats and melts the plastic, thoroughly mixing it.
- The molten plastic passes through a precise filtration system to remove impurities.
- The pelletizer extrudes the purified molten plastic into thin strands and cuts them into pellets.
- The newly formed plastic pellets are rapidly cooled and shaped through the cooling system.
- Finally, the finished pellets are screened and packaged, ready for market distribution.
